Hiya and welcome back! We have now had people applying for the boy's role in our music video and have a made a decision on who we are going to use. Keep reading for more details!
Here are the people who applied for this role:
Unfortunately we did not have time to interview all of them over Skype like we did with our previous male and female applicants. So instead we messaged them through Star Now and asked them a few questions on this site. After asking about their availability we found that Dexter Kent was the most available and most flexible. He also told us that he knows someone has a collection of expensive sports cars which we could use as one of the questions we asked all of our applicants was whether they owned any expensive cars. We wanted an expensive, sports-type sort of car for the fourth 'level' of our music video (the 'Mafia' scene) to give this particular scene better aesthetic, as well as to represent the adventurous nature of the couple in our music video. So because of these reasons and the fact that we feel that his physical appearance suits this role and will also compliment Kati's physical appearance, we have decided to give Dexter Kent the role of the boy in our music video. We are planning to meet him this weekend so we can meet him in person and so that he can also meet Kati, so both of our actors have a chance to meet each other before filming. So we now have both the actors we need for our music video which is great news! Finding people to play the characters in our music video has been a bit of a struggle as many people who applied for this role have been unreliable. However, we now have people confirmed to play both the roles in our music video which is great because it means we can now kick off our filming plans and start filming our actual music video which is very exciting!
